Ordering a translation?

1. Pricing for services

If you want to order our written or oral translation services, we ask that you send an electronic version of your material to be translated for pricing or, in case of conference translation, information regarding time and duration of conference, subject, number of participants and languages that are to be used or encountered. Within 15-30 minutes from the receipt of pertinent information, you will receive our full offer (including when the order will be completed) and a link to the order form.

2. Order

Just click on the received link, provide the data displayed upon the REQUESTER and click on SEND ORDER. After gaining this ORDER receipt, we begin providing the services based on the agreed conditions.

3. Receipt of translation

In regard to written translations, the translated text is sent to the provided email address. In the case of certified translations, the translated text is mailed or sent by a courier or it can be picked up at our office.

4. Invoicing and payment

After yielding the requested services, we provide an invoice that is mailed to the client's address. The standard payment period is 30 days.
